SOLAR ECLIPSE NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN

Saturday 5th January

We kick start the new year with an epic partial eclipse in Capricorn. Feeling the energies around this New Moon, takes me back to a classic movie I watched, as a child. The name of the film was Karate Kid, and it tells a story about an underdog who rises-up to beat the odds to become a champion of his own dreams. But, not without receiving the ultimate training from the legend as we know him 'Mr. Miyagi’. Who, not only teaches Daniel the art of Karate, but installs in him a faith and a belief that he can reach his greatest achievements by following his true purpose while going within to find the courage to fight off his enemy - both on and off, the Karate mat.

"As the bell rang for time out. A defeated Daniel hobbled over to his corner barely making it to the stool before collapsing in a heap on the floor. His beaten-up body throbbing from the pain that had been afflicted on him, knowing his low score marks were not enough to win him the tournament. Only by rendering his opponent would secure a victory now. The months of hard work and commitment to the toughest training regime he had ever endured, he couldn't help but feel like it was all for nothing and that he had failed himself, and his mentor.

As he gently held the young boys head, softly wiping away the blood seeping from the open wounds, the wise man began to speak... 'Daniel son! Look me in the eyes. Win – lose – It does not matter. It’s the fight you have inside of you that makes you a true champion. The dedication to become a worrier of your own dreams, that is all that matters. Find the courage to go within and you will find the hero waiting for you.' In that moment ‘Daniel’ surrendered his ego, and knew, for as long as he fought with his heart he was always going to be a winner."

As we welcome the potency of this incredible Solar Eclipse in Capricorn. Like me, many of you have experienced a fresh new start. This is the re-set button that will set up the next 6 months of some life changing actions that will put you on the path to making your dreams come true. If you use these energies to your advantage, you can manifest your true desires in a big way. Are you ready to climb that mountain? I sure am!

As much as 2018 brought us growth, it also came with a lot of healing and letting go. Of people, places, and if we're honest with ourselves... our own self-limiting belief systems, destructive and sometimes harmful patterns. It brought to the surface old cycles that kept replaying and repeating the same scenarios using different characters, until we got the lesson. It showed that we no longer need to play victim roles when it came to us facing challenging situations. And, tested us to be more courageous as we dared to pursue the unknown and unfamiliar. All in all, it's been an empowering year of self-development.

So, what does 2019 have in store for us? Well, it's time to come home! And with the moon making its way into Capricorn this Saturday, it will be highlighting the importance of hard graft and knuckling down when it comes to achieving the results we desire. so, it's a time for putting in the hours and making our dreams come to fruition. It will bring a seriousness to the table, as with anything worth having, it doesn't come sitting on our butts waiting for it to just show up. You must be willing to put in the time and effort so that you can reap the rewards you’ve been so longing for.

Capricorn represents leadership, determination, ambition, courage, and a power to reach our goals no matter what it takes. It's the mountain goat that will stop at nothing until it reaches the top. That's what this transit will be showing us. It will also be teaching us to practice being in the present moment, to not be distracted by outside influences that might pull us away from our path. It’s a great time for expressing our creativity, expanding our knowledge with learning new skills and talents.

There’s so much greatness on the horizon. You can do anything you set your mind to - the world really is your oyster! And it sparkles with beauty and wisdom…

We’ll certainly be feeling into our emotions as we crave home life comforts and wanting to spend quality time with those we hold dear to us. It can really be a magical time to share our feelings and express our true desires.

This is an incredible time to be alive! More and more people are waking to their true hearts calling!

It’s time to say goodbye to the old you, because it’s no longer needed on the journey where your heading to.

You have an opportunity now to reach your highest potential, so smash through those fear-based barriers and embrace the fearless in you, as you climb upon your horse and gallop off into the sunset.

You're so worth it...
